Apartment/Townhouse Projects (Class 2)

Each project responds to a different set of constraints, whether planning, compliance, layout, or budget.

What they have in common is a structured approach to resolving these challenges early, so the final outcome is both well-designed and buildable.

Class 2 projects are strata type buildings with shared walls, common roof spaces, carparks and amenities. Examples of our projects include:

  • Full interior renovations of apartment units and townhouse

  • Attic conversions by multiple unit owners

  • Balcony enclosures (increasing internal sqm / space)

  • Minor exterior renovations of doors, windows, skylights, and dormers

  • Services upgrades such as mechanical carpark exhausts, water issues, air conditioning, fire and structural items
