What they have in common is a structured approach to resolving these challenges early, so the final outcome is both well-designed and buildable.
Class 2 projects are strata type buildings with shared walls, common roof spaces, carparks and amenities. Examples of our projects include:
Full interior renovations of apartment units and townhouse
Attic conversions by multiple unit owners
Balcony enclosures (increasing internal sqm / space)
Minor exterior renovations of doors, windows, skylights, and dormers
Services upgrades such as mechanical carpark exhausts, water issues, air conditioning, fire and structural items
