Rose Bay Townhouses (Class 2)

This project comprises of a row of multiple townhouses on 4 levels. We managed the DA approval process of this class 2 development for our client and designed the interiors, exteriors and common areas, including a trafficable terrace and carpark areas.

The tight living/dining areas were redesigned using a custom banquette/island configuration to maximise the available space.

We designed with a contemporary and practical aesthetic in mind to provide an appropriate finished product compared to the surrounding developments. Our aim was to maximise the property’s value without over capitalising on finishes.
