Paddington Apartment Bedroom and Shower Addition
This spacious unit located in a heritage conservation area required a DA due to the lower rise zoning than currently built. We managed the DA/CC approval process for our client as well as the tender and construction documentation to receive accurate builders’ pricing and to maximise design intent during construction.
We added a new bedroom, a new shower (in the existing powder room), a dry bar and additional storage and robe, while maintaining natural light, ventilation and spaciousness of the apartment. High-end finishes were applied for maximum future resale value.
The one-bedder with an ensuite and powder room was transformed into a compliant two-bedder unit with an ensuite and a main bathroom.
